Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your CruzHim products.
Because our fragrances are personal products that are applied directly to the skin, we have a few guidelines to ensure every customer receives a safe, unused product.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unopened and in its original condition.
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Opened Products & Testers
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:
- Opened bottles
- Tester / Skin Trial products
- Any product that has been used
Everyone’s skin chemistry is unique, and that’s exactly what makes CruzHim different.
That’s why we offer tester sizes—so you can experience the scent on your own skin before purchasing a full-size bottle.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or provide the appropriate resolution.
