Refund policy
At CRUZHIM, every product is handcrafted in small batches and designed for intimate, personal use. For the safety of all customers and to maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
This includes all pheromone oils, fragrances, body application products, and sample vials.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

The item is not marked as a final sale product.
To start a return, email us at support@cruzhim.com with your order number and photos of the unopened product.
Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a CRUZHIM error.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:

The returned product is confirmed to be unused and undamaged, or

The order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is inspected and approved.
Non-Refundable Items

Fragrance or pheromone items where the protective seal is broken

Order Issues & Damages
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@cruzhim.com with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll make it right with either a replacement or a refund—whatever is appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they have been fulfilled.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CRUZHIM is not responsible for packages that show as delivered by the carrier.
For missing packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
